Commercial refrigeration has to be selected against the real installation: product load, target temperature, store ambient, electrical supply, available space and service conditions. We collect those inputs before treating a catalogue configuration as suitable.
ZIBOCOOL is operated by Zibo Cook International Trade Co., Ltd., which owns and operates the factory. The team coordinates product selection, configuration review, production, export documentation and shipment. Certification scope applicable to each model is confirmed with the quotation rather than implied across the whole catalogue.
If a dimension, material, performance figure or certification is not confirmed for the requested configuration, we treat it as a question to resolve before order confirmation. Drawings and commercial scope should be approved in writing before production.

How ordering works

1. Send the layout
Your store plan, the ranges you sell, your design ambient and your electrical supply. A sketch and a photo of the space is usually enough to start.

2. We size and quote
We select the cabinets and the refrigeration plant against your numbers and send a quotation with the duty stated in writing.

3. Sample or prototype
Where a sample or prototype is appropriate, its configuration, cost and timing are confirmed after the drawing review.

4. Build and ship
Production timing and delivery terms are stated for the confirmed configuration and named destination. Shipment timing is kept separate from production timing.
